RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted, except in full accordance with the terms of the following policy.

Foodstuffs  are not offered for sale "on approval". Please do not place an order, if you do not know what the goods are. Under normal circumstances, returns of food-stuffs will not be accepted for food safety reasons.

However, in the event that the condition of any purchased item on receipt by the buyer differs markedly from its description (e.g. damaged in the post), the buyer must contact the seller in writing within 3 days of the date of receipt and mutually agree a course of action which may involve claiming against the carrier, reducing the price or returning the item "post paid", unopened and unused,  in the same condition as it was received, and with its original packing.

Books and Other Items: This is a sale of personal property and does not represent a commercial transaction. The books and other items are not offered for sale "on approval". Any return must be agreed beforehand with the seller, and the item sent back unused, in the same condition as it was received, and "post paid" with its original packing. The original purchase price, but not the cost of returning the item, will be refunded, but only if the goods are received back in resalable condition.
