DELIVERY POLICY

We do not usually deliver outside the United Kingdom. This e-shop is not configured to deal with export enquiries. Potential customers from abroad should contact us direct for a quote at info@terrimpex.co.uk

We reserve the right not to accept any order without giving a reason, in which case any money paid will be refunded in full.

Orders will be sent by reliable courier, usually, but not exclusively, Royal Mail. We use our best endeavours to ship no later than 10 days from date of order. Be aware, that we may need to wait for supplies, especially of perishables,  to become available, as stock is not kept on the premises. You will be advised of any delays as soon as they become known to us.

There will be a delivery charge based on current Royal Mail rates, its value depending on the gross weight of the order. This charge will be added to your invoice as a separate item at the time of payment.
